Our 25 VESSEL FLEET consists of Coast Guard approved sportfishing boats that are each owned and operated by experienced captains with a wealth of fishing knowledge. These vessels are specially designed for comfort, safety, and an enjoyable fishing experience for guests. The fleet is equipped with advanced marine electronics, live bait systems, refrigerated fish holds, and a full-service galley serving food and beverages, along with a professional and friendly crew.

MULTI DAY TUNA FISHING ALL SUMMER

Local multi-day open party fishing IS OUR MOST POPULAR TRIP and for a reason. You deaprt at 9pm, travel all night, start fishing before dawn until well after dark, travel all night again and home by 7am. Concentrated fishing, no wasted time as you travel while you sleep. During the prime fishing seasons ranging from early summer through the fall, a variety of exotic game fish migrate northward from Mexican waters, congregating within the reach of our fishing fleet. These multi-day fishing trips typically venture anywhere between 90 to 200 miles offshore along the Baja coast and outer banks, where some of the best fishing opportunities can be found. Participants can embark on trips lasting from a single overnight stay on the boat to extended outings spanning 3-4 days of continuous fishing. These trips offer anglers the chance to pursue and reel in some of the largest and most diverse species of fish available in the region, providing an unparalleled southern California sportfishing experience.

SUMMER SPECIES

In the summer months, anglers have the opportunity to target a variety of prized fish species. Common catches during this season include Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail, Dorado/Mahi-Mahi, and Striped Marlin. These fish are often captured by trolling jigs or using live bait around schools of fish. Moreover, a successful strategy frequently involves locating fish beneath floating kelp paddies.

What is included in the Six Pack rentals, and what items are the customer responsible for bringing?

All private party six pack charters include rod rentals and tackle. Fishing licenses are not included, but you can purchase them at the top of the dock right before boarding or online. All charters include water, snacks, and soda. Charters 12+ hours include 3 hot meals for every 24 hours at sea. Lastly, gratuity is not included in the rental package, so customers are responsible for tipping if they choose to do so.

What species of fish can we expect to catch on a six pack private charter?

It depends quite a bit on the time of year and the duration of your trip. The best trips we offer are during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Check our seasonal fishing calendar for more details.  During this time you can fish for may palegic species including Bluefin, Yellowfin, Dorado, Yellowtail, Swordfish, Marlin, and who knows what else. What is the departure time for the different durations of charters?

Departure times vary depending on the trip type, with options including 5:00AM, 6:30AM, 12:30PM, and 9:00PM. Return times also vary, ranging from 11:30AM to 6:00PM. 

What is the most people I can bring on a six pack fishing charter?

USCG limits the maximum passengers for an uninspected six pack vessel to six passengers, plus crew.

What makes your fleet special? Why should I book with you?

We offer the most leniant refund policy, you can cancel your reservation up to seven days prior to charter departure, for a full refund. Nobody else does that. We also offer open party charters, if you do not have enough people to go. Lastly, and most importantly, we have the most experienced Captains in San Diego.
